Besides Get It Louder, another exciting design event will be on stage very soon in China. Communicate: British Graphic Design since the 1960s organised by British Council will be open at Guangzhou Art Museum on April 30. Ou Ning was invited to write an essay on the event called "Echos from the Age of Independence", which you will be able to read soon at our new section Opinions.

Ou Ning and Jiang Jun visited the newly opened OCT Contemporary Art Terminal in Shenzhen. They discussed the exhibition with Le Zhengwei, Deputy Chair of He Xiangning Art Museum, Huang Zhuan, director of OCAT, and Chen Jiaying, manager of Modern Media Shenzhen.

Ou Ning, Jiang Jun, Ji Ji, Dong Yan had a preparation meeting with Modern Media Shanghai. They later visited the Salon Vogue at CITIC square, and fashion designer Wang Yiyang's store.

Ou Ning, Jiang Jun, Jiang Jian, and Huang Lingzi visited Xingfucun Art Center in Beijing. Later, they had a meeting with Thomas Shao, CEO of Modern Media. Ou Ning and Jiang Jian talked about the exhibition preparation progress and participating artists/designers. Jiang Jun did a presentation of the exhibition design sketches.
