Alternative Issue of Modern Weekly
Founded in 2000, the Alternative Issues have been since edited and creative directed by Ou Ning. Each issue is published along with Modern Weekly nationwide. It focuses on various cultural topics and visual experiments. To support Get It Louder, Modern Weely will launch double Alternative Isuues. The first one has been published on April 30, 2005, which are on sale nationwide as well as being sent to visitors to Get It Louder exhibitions in Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Beijing. The second one will be launched on July 2, which will focus on reporting and archiving Get It Louder.

PLUGZINE is an independent publication by Get It Louder curators Jiang Jian and Qian Qian. It features 20 top visual artists from around the world, including Get It Louder guest speakers Saiman Chow, Kam Tang, and :phunk. The first issue is limited to 2000 copies, selling at highly selected stores globally as well as all three exhibitions of Get It Louder.

URBAN CHINA: All about cities
Founded in late 2004, Urban China is a thematic and research magazine focusing on the modernizing China. It has editorial teams in Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Beijing with collective cultural forces from government, urban planning organizations, city developers, as well as scholars and local communities. The magazine also collaborates with the most active urban research groups in China and abroad. Combining chaotic narrative as magazines and focused editorial contents as books, Urban China is the first magazine carrying out comprehensive exploration of China's urban subjects. Its editor in chief is Get It Louder's exhibition designer Jiang Jun.
